International Conference Hall



					The second floor of Convex Okayama provides a venue for meetings, ranging from international conferences to large-scale meetings and parties. Utilizing the partition, two meetings can be arranged at the same time. Post-conference banquet services can also be provided. The hall has a large video projector available for rental, which makes large-scale and interactive presentations possible. This video projector can also be used in the exhibition halls.

	The hall is equipped with simultaneous interpretation booths for four languages, making it an ideal place for global-scale-discussions. This is exactly the type of discussion space demanded by the global community. The hall can be divided into smaller sections with partitions, so you can use it the way you find most effective and efficient.
